Arrested from Haryana is the sixth accused in the firing case outside Salman Khan’s flat. He is allegedly a member of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang.
With the shooting outside Bollywood actor Salman Khan’s home last month, the Mumbai Crime Branch achieved yet another significant victory. In this instance, Mumbai Police has taken into custody an additional Lawrence Bishnoi gang member. On Tuesday, officials provided this information. The accused, Harpal Singh, 34, has been recognized, according to an official. He lives in the Haryana town of Fatehabad. The accused was taken into custody by a Mumbai Crime Branch team on Monday night from his village.
According to him, Singh was transported to Mumbai early on Tuesday and is scheduled to appear in court today. Six persons have been taken into custody in this case by Mumbai Police thus far. On April 14, two guys riding motorcycles opened fire outside Salman Khan’s apartment in Galaxy Apartments in the Bandra neighborhood of the city, then took off running.
During interrogation, the official said that Singh’s involvement in the case had been disclosed by accused Mohammad Rafiq Chaudhary and another member of the Bishnoi gang. Rafiq Chaudhary was detained by police earlier this month. According to the police, Chaudhary was paid two to three lakh rupees for Chaudhary’s work, and Chaudhary was directed to do “recise” around Salman Khan’s house.
The firing case names Lawrence Bishnoi and his younger brother Anmol Bishnoi, who are presently being held at Sabarmati Central Jail in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Anmol is thought to be in either Canada or the US. Anmol Bishnoi has likewise been the subject of a watchful scrutiny. In this instance, a formal complaint was also filed against Lawrence Bishnoi at the same time.
